Region 61 consists of the five northeastern counties in Arizona: Apache, Coconino, Gila, Navajo, and Yavapai.

The International Police Association is a social, cultural organization of active and retired police officers around the free world and includes 58 member nations and approximately 360,000 members. The motto of the organization is Servo per Amikeco (Service through Friendship).
